Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival, your booked room will be available to you from 3 pm. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am.
DaySPA extension
On request, you can book an extension on the day of arrival or departure for an additional charge and/or use the DaySPA changing room including coin-operated lockers to visit the Europa Therme for the whole day after your hotel check-in and check-out.
Culinary
During your stay you can choose between bed and breakfast or half board. Our half board includes an extensive breakfast buffet and an enjoyable evening buffet with ShowCookingStation. Fish, meat and vegetarian dishes are prepared before your eyes.
Lift and handicap friendly
All rooms, lobby and reception, restaurant, GardenSalon, DachsBar, Smokers' Salon, RoofTop terrace, garages as well as the Europa Therme (via the bathrobe corridor) and the spa park are easily accessible by lift and therefore barrier-free. Disabled and wheelchair-friendly rooms and bathrooms are also available.
Special wishes and needs
If you need special food for allergy sufferers or if you have specific wishes such as two bathrooms, a connecting door between rooms, an extra-large shower, etc., we will be happy to advise you individually.
Individual use of the GardenSalon
The GartenSalon can be booked exclusively. Whether it's a candlelight dinner in a special ambience, small parties, seminar groups or presentations - you are welcome to clarify your wishes with us in advance.
Cancellation policy
A reservation is a legally binding contract. Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival is free of charge for you with us. For later cancellations we reserve the right to charge up to 80% of the agreed price. This also applies in the event of late arrival or early departure. We strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. In the current "uncertain times" we would like to give you a bit more security for your booking, therefore the cancellation period of 7 days applies until arrival day 26.12.2021, i.e. you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.
Vouchers
Purchase: Vouchers can be purchased on site at the hotel reception or conveniently online under Vouchers.
Redemption: Only original vouchers are accepted. These do not automatically count as a reservation. A separate booking is required. The voucher value entered can be redeemed. If the invoice amount due exceeds this, the difference must be paid on site. Cash or residual value payment is not possible.
Pet and smoke free
Pets are not permitted. Except in the Smoking Salon, please refrain from smoking indoors throughout the FrechDachs.
Payment methods
You can easily pay on site in cash, by EC card or credit card (Mastercard/Visa). If you would like to pay a deposit or make a bank transfer in advance, you are welcome to do so, stating your name and reservation number.
Hygiene quality
The best hygiene standards have long been the norm in Haslinger establishments. It is therefore a matter of course that we currently implement protective and hygienic measures for safe interaction with each other. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the authorities and adapt our in-house standards to the respective situation. Please therefore understand that you may not always be able to enjoy all the usual Haslinger Inclusive services at all times.
Subject to changes and errors
Our prices are binding until 04.11.2023, subject to special periods and offers; prices per person and night. Double room prices per person and night only valid for occupancy with 2 persons. All prices are gross prices, valid incl. VAT, plus the local health resort tax of the municipality of Bad Füssing. Thermal bathing and thermal packages in the name and on account of the respective spa. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of a VAT increase.
